This page gives you access to Service Master's Knowledge Base, where you can search
for information about any problem that we solved. Stored articles include instructions
on using Service Master, troubleshooting information, issues and resolutions, example
configurations and more.
On-line manual
The online manual contains information on how to configure browsers, mail clients, other application
software, the mail server of Service Master, and connection to the Internet.

Installation Guide
Use the Service Master Installation Guide if you are having trouble installing Service Master.

You can send your questions and problem reports to
support@eescomputing.co.za. If you
are reporting a problem, please provide us with
the version and build number of Service Master
and the version of Windows. Check your reply address carefully to get an answer - if you
have your e-mail client improperly configured we will not be able to deliver our
answer. Response time highly depends on the problem, but it is typically within 2 working
days.
